Vision

For gay men and more broadly LGBT communities (Lesbians, Gays, Bisexuals and Trans) to live as long and as happily as possible in total physical, mental and social health at every stage of their lives.  For them to have the same level of health and well-being as the general population.

For an end to persisting health inequalities and their causes.

For LGBT people to have access to quality services, resources and information on their health that is culture-appropriate, respectful of their differences, positive and defined based on their real overall health needs.

For LGBT people to make their own decisions about their health and well-being. For LGBT people to share responsibility for their individual health, the health of their partners and the health of their community.

Dialogai focuses primarily on gay and bisexual men and has forged alliances, partnerships and instances of cooperation with all public and private services that share this vision in order to put it in place.
